Pass It On: Hope For You And Me

Recently I have been going through some things that just seems to want to take all the hoping and caring out of me. If what im facing now, happened about two years ago, I dont know what I would’ve done. Most likely give in. But Today,  I didn’t. I dont want to say “I Didn’t” all nonchalantly as if to minimize just how much of a hardship it is for me. Its really hard, in an emotional and mentally eroding sense. It would of taken a huge toll on me if I hadn’t been prepared basically. Alot of people, probably wont believe me, and thats okay, but reading my bible totally helped me.  It reinforces hope and and the import of ones’ self. That said, a little of the sadness still lingered, until I heard the song “Before The Morning” by Josh Wilson. I mean, I’ve always heard it and sang along with it. But I’ve never actually listened to the lyrics until I started going through this. I hope this helps you too.

Do you wonder why you have to
Feel the things that hurt you
If theres a God who loves you where is He now

Maybe there are things you cant see
And all those things are happening
To bring a better ending

Someday somehow you’ll see you’ll see

Would you dare would you dare to believe
That you still have a reason to sing
Cause the pain that you’ve been feeling
It cant compare to the joy thats coming
So hold on you gotta wait for the light
Press on and just fight the good fight
Cause the pain that you’ve been feeling
Its just the dark before the morning

My friend you know how this all ends
And You know where youre going
You just dont know how you’ll get there
So say a prayer

And hold on cause theres good for those who love God
But life is not a snapshot
It might take a little time but you’ll see the bigger picture

Would you dare would you dare to believe
That you still have a reason to sing
Cause the pain that you’ve been feeling
It cant compare to the joy thats coming
So hold on you gotta wait for the light
Press on and just fight the good fight
Cause the pain that you’ve been feeling
Its just the dark before the morning

Once you feel the weight of glory
All your pain will fade to memory

Once you feel the weight of glory
All your pain will fade to memory

Would you dare would you dare to believe
That you still have got a reason to sing
Cause the pain that you’ve been feeling
It can’t compare to the joy thats coming.

Would you dare, would you dare to believe
That you still got a reason to sing?
‘Cause the pain that you’ve been feeling
It can’t compare to the joy that’s coming

Come on, you gotta wait for the light
Press on and just fight the good fight
‘Cause the pain that you’ve been feeling
It’s just the hurt before the healing

Oh, the pain that you’ve been feeling
It’s just the dark before the morning
Yeah, yeah, before the morning
Yeah, yeah, before the morning
I really like this song, and its really helping me. I dedicate this song to me and my dear friend S, D and K. And also to you, whoever has the fortune to see this post. Theres hope and healing thats coming. God bless you all.
